Q: When will you send my order?
A:

  • As all items are in stock, we will pack & ship your order the same or the next business day after payment was cleared.
  • Credit Cards, Pay Pal & Google Checkout payment are cleared instantly, Money Orders are cleared on day of arrival, Cheques are cleared within 3 to 4 weeks from arrival, E-Cheques are usually cleared within 14 to 21 business days.
  • The Royal Mail is collecting the parcels from us every day, Mondays to Fridays, and we post daily when payment cleared.

Q: What if my parcel is late?
A:
We ask you to wait 14 days (UK & Europe) or 21 days (Rest of the world) before contacting and letting us know. We will than re-send the item or refund your money in full (That time window is required by the Royal Mail before accepting that a parcel was lost).

Q: What are your Shipping Costs?
A:
Free to the UK, £3.00 to EU countries per item, £4.00 for the rest of the world per item.

Q: Will you mark my international order as a gift?
A:
No. It is unlawful to falsify a customs form. We always mark the true value of your international order on the customs form.

Q: What if the items I purchased arrived with faults?
A:
If the item is found with fault or not as described, We will replace it AND pay your Return Postage fees. We send a Return Slip with each parcel. Just use it to return the item for exchange. Subject to Terms & Conditions.

Q: Is this website secure?

Yes. All orders through our checkout. Our checkout is secure, using the best industry standard encryption.

Q: Why do you need my personal details?
A:
We collect your delivery information so we know how to calculate the delivery costs, and where to send your order. We will not pass or sell it. Ever.

Q: And my payments details?
A:
 We do not process credit cards ourselves.
When our checkout re-direct you to Pay Pal or Google Checkout, you are out of our system, and we can not see & we do not have any access to your Pay Pal account and to your credit cards details. The two above payment processors will inform us that the payment was completed. When we ask for card details in our checkout, the details are being sent to PROTX, which process the card, and do not pass the card details to us (While you are in our checkout, we cannot see the details you enter on the screen).

Q: What methods of payment do you take?

1. Pay Pal (& Google Checkout in the near future).
2. All major Credit Cards.
3. E-Cheques (Via Pay Pal only).
4. Personal Cheques & Postal Money Orders (In UK British Pounds, from a UK bank or the Royal Mail).

Q: I am not a UK buyer. How can I pay if I don't want to use a Credit Card?
A:
You can use Pay Pal to pay with an e-cheque. The Electronic Cheque works like a regular cheque: It will transfer the money from your bank account to our Pay Pal account (It is actually more secure then a regular cheque, as we don't even see your bank details, and your purchase is protected by Pay Pal as if you made a regular Pay Pal payment). To use this option, chose Pay Pal as the Method of Payment when at the checkout.
