There is no time limit for re-sizing bracelets!

We will re-size all UK orders and send it back FREE of charge* (Yes, FREE!)

International orders will be charged for shipping.

We will not refund your original postage fee, and you return postage costs.

* First request (for resizing or exchanging for identical item of a different size) for UK orders will sent back free of charge. There is a charge for further requests for UK orders. Current charges for resizing will be found at our Terms & Conditions page.
 
 
IF WE MADE A MISTAKE

If we delivered the wrong item by mistake or it is faulty, please drop us a line and we will send you the correct item with a Pre-Paid envelope to post the wrong or faulty item back.
