Every time you shop with us, we will give you cash back in the forms of points: Cash-Back Points.
How do I get them?
When you pay at the checkout, your account will be credited with the Cash-Back Points. How many Cash-Back Points are being awarded per £1 of shopping?
Every £1 you spend = 1 loyalty point (Excluding Shipping Cost). What is the value of a Cash-Back Point?
Every Cash-Back point is currently worth = £0.10. Can I receive the value of the Cash-Back Points in cash?
Cash-Back Points cannot be redeemed as cash or any other form of payment. They can only be used at our checkout when a new order is placed and paid. How long are the Cash-Back Points valid for?
Cash-Back Points are valid for 12 months. Can I choose not to use the Cash-Back Points and accumulate them?
No. Cash-Back Points will automatically appear and be redeemed in the checkout after you log in to pay for your next order. Can I give my Cash-Back Points to somebody else?
No. Cash-Back Points are not transferable. How do I redeem the Cash-Back Points?
Next time you purchase with us, log in before payment, and the Cash-Back Points will be appear and your order value will be adjusted accordingly (You will also awarded more points for your next purchase). What happens if I send back the items I purchase for a refund?
If you return items for a refund, your loyalty points are deducted accordingly. Can I see an example?
If you make a purchase of an item that cost £29.99, then you would have 29 loyalty points added to your account.
When you come back to make another purchase at a later time, £2.90 will be redeemed against your total order. PLEASE NOTE: The value of the Cash-Back Points (Including earned points) may change without previous notification.
