Over the years we developed our quality and standards that we can now simply call it - The Quality & Standards we are proud of.

Quality of Products

We design and commission factories to produce many of our products, some are purchased directly from manufactures, all to EU quality and safety standards.

We conduct random checks on the quality and strength of magnets using a Gauss Meter to verify the strength of the magnets. We test a sample item from each new line that arrives, and every three months thereafter as new deliveries continue arriving. The tests are destructive tests in which the magnets are removed from the items.

The testing equipment is not available in the UK and we had to purchase it in the USA. In order to ensure the highest standards of quality testing, we import a new machine every two years, which arrives fully calibrated and certified for that period.

Standards of Service

We ship fast, and the items are sent in a padded envelope, sealed twice for extra safety and security, and every bracelet and bangle comes with a complementary Gift pouch or wallet.

We sent a Return Slip with each order to help fast replacements and refunds, and we will re-size your bracelet and post it back to you free of charge.

We answer all emails the same day, and we are available to answer questions or take orders over the phone at business hours.
