| Warranty and Returns Policy |
ATL provides a 30 day warranty, which includes the following: - The customer have the right to change his / her mind and ask for a full refund within 30 days after receiving their order, regardless the reason, and even if the item is in a perfect condition.
- If the item is found to have a fault on arrival or it is not as described, ATL will replace it free of charge (or refund the user's money if a relevant item is out of stock).
- If the item develops any fault during the first 30 days after receiving their order ATL will replace it free of charge (or refund the user's money if a relevant item is out of stock).
- If the customer wish to return an order for any of the above reasons, the customer must use the Return Slip provided.
- Returned items must arrive ATL no later than 45 days after receiving the order.
- Refunds will be given in form of the original payment.
- The customer must post the item with all documents, tags and pouches and in a reasonable condition.

- Shipping Costs will be combined only when all items are being paid in one order in the checkout.
- Shipping Costs will not be combined if items are from different on-line stores or eBay shops ATL may operate.

- Proof of posting is always obtained, and deliveries are 'Sign For' when stated.
- Shipping costs includes Insurance, Packing & Handling and Postage costs.
- Orders will be shipped within two working days after payment cleared.
- Delivery times is not guarantee. The Royal Mail usually deliver to the UK within one to three working days. Overseas delivery varies and depends on local postal services.
