Health & Safety

The customer understand and accept that all products in this website are not offered as a medical devices, are not recommended as suitable to treat any medical condition and, are not suitable for:

People (or animals) with pacemaker or any other electrical implants.
People with insulin pump.
Pregnant women.

Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy

ATL provides two types of Money Back Guarantee:

30 Days:
The customer can return purchased items for a full refund (Or exchange if preferred) within the first 30 days after receiving the item:
- Items can be in any condition.
- The Return Slip must be completed and sent with the item.
- Return postage cost will not be refunded.
- A pre-paid envelope will be posted to the customer on request for returning the item (Available in the UK only, and is applicable only for returns, not exchanges or return for re-sizing)
Life-time:
The customer can return un-wanted purchased items for a full refund at any time:
- Item must be new and un-used.
- The original invoice the was received must be sent with the item (Or a photocopy of the original invoice).
- Return postage cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be given in the original method of payment when possible.

Exchanges are subject to availability and for paying difference in prices if applicable. Refunds will be given if applicable.

Checkout and Payments

Prices in this website are in British Pounds. Prices in other currencies are approximated and prices when paying with other currencies may be different as the customer's card issuer may be using a different exchange rate.
Prices includes VAT. The website do not offer a VAT invoices and do not offer VAT excluding prices and invoices.
Cheques must be in GBP and from a British bank. Postal orders must be from the British Royal Mail. Paying with a cheque may delay shipping by up to 4 weeks from time of receiving the cheque..
ATL reserve the right to refuse service at it's discretion.

Buyers outside the European Union

ATL takes no responsibility for any import or sales tax the user's local customs may impose on purchases.

Shipping

Delivery times is not guarantee unless Special Delivery was chosen as the Shipping Method.

Collections

Collections are not available.
