I ordered my Magnetic bracelet in the evening of 2th February and it arrived on 4th February.
Unfortunately, the bracelet was too long which was due to the fact that I ordered it too long!!
I returned the bracelet on the same day that I received it, for modification and it was returned to me this morning 9th February. Bearing in mind that a weekend occurred in between these dates, I consider that the total time involved is excellent!
I would have no hesitation in using your Company again and it goes without saying that I shall recommend your Company to friends and relatives! J. Humphreys

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Magnetic Products Store. Having received a copper magnetic at Christmas, from another supplier I was disappointed to say the least. The copper gilding has already come off and it was not easy to shape to fit my wrist. So one Sunday afternoon I had a look on the web for a replacement, and found Magnetic Products Store. Their choice of bracelets was extensive, I settled eventually for a gold plated bracelet with a magnet in each of the links. The ordering of the bracelet could not have been easier, including the resizing by the addition or removal of links, to personalise the item. Also they had given thought to instruction on how to handle the goods when you received them, which was only one day later. I could not have been more satisfied with the web site, the prompt delivery, and their after sales service if needed. R. Harley

The ordering process and advice provided beforehand was great and gave me a good feeling about buying from you which proved right.
One of the products delivered had a faulty clasp but your speed at acknowledging this and sending a replacement was exceptional. The mark of good service isn't always about getting everything 100% first time but about dealing with any problems (which can happen to anyone) if and when they arise.

I am, so far, very pleased with this product. I have arthritis in my knee which does not trouble me too much during the day but at night when I try to sleep it is extremely uncomfortable. Since wearing the knee support with magnets during the day my knee pain during the night has drastically reduced. It is still early days since purchasing this product, but am hoping that this loss of pain will increase over the coming months. I would recommend this product. S. Crick
