Warranty, Returns & Refunds

During the first 30 days since receiving your item

• You can send the item back for a full refund, exchange or re-size.
• The item may be in any condition.
• We will not refund your Return Postage Costs, but will send you a pre-paid envelope for your return on request.
• Pre-paid envelope will be sent only for returns for refunds (not returns for exchanges or for re-sizing), and only for UK orders.
