Hermes - No No No

Hermes, you are asking?

Are you asking if we are using Hermes for delivering your purchases?

Do you want to get them at all? - because we are not, never did, and never will use Hermes for delivering your purchases from this site.

If we did not want you to have them, we might as well just not send them instead of using Hermes for delivering. see this Trustpilot feedback page:

Hermes are seriously unreliable. They never fulfil next day delivery packages and they have lost too many of my packages. "Hermes is a very poor service to be on the receiving end of.
I don't use Hermes but companies I buy from do. I have not had a single parcel without a hole and damaged. The hole is usually hand sized. Left in the wet or a difficult spot to collect from. I am a disabled customer so I have a lot delivered so its a service I need. So not to get the service I have paid for and need it's very frustrating. I have contacted Hermes and the companies that use Hermes and no one dose anything. They don't respond to emails, the situation is past on to someone else and has never been sorted."

That is 40% negative. Nearly half.

So summarise this matter: We do not use Hermes. We use the Royal Mail in the UK, and your national postal services in your country to deliver it, if you are outside of the UK..
