We guarantee our products against faults developed within 6 months of the purchase.
If the item received faulty or not as described, we will send the correct item with a pre-paid envelope to return the item.

1. Refunds within 30 days: Item can be returned in ANY CONDITION.
2. Refunds after 30 days: Item must be returned new and unused.
3. Buyer pays for posting items to us.
4. Any postage cost charged on original order will not be refunded.
5. Allow 2 weeks to process returns.
6. Use 'Signed For' service for your return and keep the Tracking Number.
7. Resizing of links bracelets is a paid service:
Add 1 link: £ 6.00
Add 2 links: £ 7.00
Add 3 links: £ 8.00
Add 4 links: £ 9.00
Add 5 links: £ 10.00
Add 6 links: £ 11.00
Add 7 links: £ 12.00
(We do not add more than 7 links per bracelet)
Removing links: £5.00 flat rate.
RESIZING LINKS BRACELETS – This is how it works
A. Send the completed Return Slip with the item (Return Slip is being sent with every order). We do not take resizing instructions via the phone.
B. We will email you a link to a special order page, so you can pay for the service.
We do not guarantee to return removed links.
If you are in the UK, we will send you the resized bracelet for FREE.
If you are out of the UK, we will charge our normal shipping costs
